EPP foam material and its characteristics

● 100% recyclable. Compared with other foam materials, EPP is a pure hydrocarbon and does not contain any other chemicals that are not conducive to recycling such as plasticizers or foaming agents. Therefore, it can be decomposed after heating, and what remains after burning Water and carbon dioxide. Even if the fog test is carried out at 100°C, it can meet the requirements of environmental protection regulations. In addition, when EPP is combined with other polypropylene such as PP film, injection-molded skeleton, TPO fabric, etc., a so-called "material integration system" can also be realized, that is, the system does not need to be decomposed when it is recycled.

Based on the above characteristics, EPP is very suitable for the requirements of safety, environmental protection, and weight reduction in the automobile manufacturing industry.
